Our goal on a daily basis is to get every order that was placed for that day shipped out however, due to order volume, COVID, and shipping transportations there can be a delay. I ask that you keep these factors in mind and allow a 2-4 business days for your order to be shipped, at the time of shipping you receive an email with your tracking number. If an order is placed that requires customization or cutting the order will ship out within 2-5 business days.
Returns are accepted at the seller discretion, return request must be made within 14 days from the date the order(s) was received, item(s) must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be unopened. If the return is due to error on the seller behalf the customer will receive a full refund. If the return is due to the customer not wanting the item or, made a mistake and ordered the wrong item ect.. the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
