You'll recevie the doorknob handle with a piece of clear film over it which needs to be remove before sublimating.

Returns are accepted at the seller discretion, return request must be made within 14 days from the date the order(s) was received and item(s) must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be unopened. If the return is due to error on the seller behalf the customer will receive a full refund.
