Our goal on a daily basis is to get every order that was placed for that day shipped out however, due to order volume, COVID, and shipping transportations that can be delayed. I ask that you keep these factors in place and allow a 2-4 business dyas for your order to be shipped and you receive your tracking number. If an order is placed that requires customization or cutting the order will ship out within 2-5 business days.

Per the CDC guideglines/regulations we keep work areas sanitized, mask are worn when required, staff take routine COVID test and are required to report if they have either tested positive for COVID ormay  have possibly been exposed to it. 

All damaged item(s)must be reported within seven days of receiving the order, pictures will also need to be submitted to show/prove that the damaged is the sellers fault (The seller is not responsible for damaged caused during shipping)

Returns are accepted at the seller discretion, return request must be made within 14 days from the date the order(s) was received and item(s) must be in the original packaging and the packaging must be unopened. If the return is due to error on the seller behalf the customer will receive a full refund. If the return is due to the customer not wanting the item, made a mistake and ordered the wrong item ect.. the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. *CUSTOMIZED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED*!
